How to Make a Fruit Cake

RECIPE AND GUIDE TO MAKING FRUIT CAKE

RECIPE

Flour 400g

Oil      400g

Sugar 300g

Baking powder 2tsp

Cinnamon I tablespoon

Egg                9

Pineapple flavour 2tsp

Raisin or dry fruits 2cups

GUIDE

Soak the Raisin or dried fruits   in Brandy

Put together the dry ingredients

Then stir oil or butter then add eggs and stir. Pour the dry ingredients as you mix.  After mixing for thirty mins, preheat the oven. Oil the pan thoroughly to avoid the cake sticking to the pan. Pour the mixture in the pan and bake at medium temperature for 50mins. Insert the toothpick to ensure cake is done. Toothpick should come out dry. Leave the cake to cool for some minutes after bringing it out of the oven.
