Baking Accessories and Tools

A list of tools needed to start baking.

Here is the list of equipment in the kitchen needed for baking and their uses.

 

These include:

The Chef knife is used for cutting vegetables, yam, plantain and other vegetables

 

The Cutting board is useful to place vegetables, onions and different kinds of pepper when cutting

 

The Can Opener is used to open canned foods safely when preparing food.

 

The Measuring Cup is used to measure the amount of liquid used during cooking or when you are preparing dessert.

 

Mixing bowls for mixing salad dressing and other deserts

 

Vegetable peeler: it speeds up cooking when you are peeling potatoes, carrots, or other vegetables

 

 Whisk is used to whisk salad dressings, shakes, eggs, desert

 

 Measuring Spoon:  We use the measuring spoon when making desserts

These can be gotten from your local stores and once you have all them in place, you’re ready to start.
